Updates on the Seahawks’ injury situation heading into Sunday’s game against the Giants, including Wednesday practice participation. John Boyle
The Seahawks host the New York Giants at Lumen Field on Sunday. Here's a look at the team's injury situation this week.
Wednesday's Injury Report
Coming off of a Monday night game, the Seahawks held a walk-thru instead of a full practice Wednesday, so the report for the day is an estimation of participation had they practiced fully.
Among those listed as not practicing were defensive end Carlos Dunlap II, who has a foot injury that Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said isn't serious, as well as cornerback Tre Flowers, who came out of Monday's win with a hamstring injury.
"He's got a sore foot," Carroll said of Dunlap. "There's a little something going on, but nothing serious. So we just need to see how he goes and handles the week. I can't tell you how he'll be on game day yet, but we're hopeful and he's hopeful he'll be able to play."
Also held out were two players who missed Monday's game due to injury: right tackle Brandon Shell (ankle) and running back Travis Homer. Tackle Duane Brown was also held out, though that's normal for the veteran left tackle.
Most notable on the Giants injury report is that starting quarterback Daniel Jones was unable to practice Wednesday due to a hamstring injury.
